To be fair he was hacking on Saico not on TMF Factions which kind of is not a legitimate reason to ban him as he hasn't used a hacked client on TNFactions (He probably did but there's no proof as far as I know...) - Nathan

THAT'S a different server not tm factions I got banned on saico I wanted to start fresh on tmfactions that was for another server this is absolutely unfair |

Precisely, Think of this situation as: You being a meth addict in X country, getting caught and put in jail. You get out of jail and want to move to Y country, that country will not want you because of your convictions. But then there are also rehabilitation facilities. which is a whole other topic.
