Hey,
I would like to suggest three plugins to improve the server. These plugins are as follows:
Player Vaults
Player Vault is a simple, but extremely useful plugin. This plugin allows players to have access to their own private vaults using /pv [number]. No one else can access these vaults unless they are OP. It brings up a chest GUI where you can keep your items; pretty much like a portable chest or a backpack. I would recommend that people with ranks get more vault's. Here's my idea:
- Default (1)
- Elite (2)
- Ultra (4)
- Hero (6)
- Legend (10)
- Lord (15)
These vault's would be the size of a double chest.
Custom Enchants
Custom Enchants is one of my favourite plugins. This plugin allows players to obtain custom enchantments on their items through enchanting or by using shop signs. (You can configure this to how you want them to obtain them). I think this would add more fun into the factions server and make God Sets harder to obtain and more powerful.
Mob Stacker
I don't know if such plugin exists but I think this would be very useful and I'm sure there is one out there or something a developer of your server could code. Basically my idea is that when mobs spawn they stack on to each other. So lets say you have a blaze spawner and 3 blaze spawn; there would be 1 blaze with x3 above them. Then when you kill it, it changes to x2 and you get the drops and xp. This would make grinding a lot easier and would extremely reduce lag.
Factions Plus
Factions Plus is a plugin which I think is necessary for and factions server. It adds a load of commands to factions such as:
- /f rules (Which allows you to set rules for your factions.)
- /f warp (Which allows you to set warps for your faction. Pretty much like having several faction homes.)
- /f ban (Make it so a person can not join your faction, even if it is open.)
- /f jail (If they do something bad they can stay away from your base for a day or so. Pretty much like server jails.)
I think this plugin is extremely useful and would make factions a lot more fun to play. It includes such useful commands which would really help factions become more developed.

Like your idea for the mob stacker, but it needs more thought, since new players would be confused as to why there are less mobs spawning and more drops, and it might actually complicate things more than reduce lag if that makes any sense. +1 on the Factions plus, an essential part of factions I agree. Finally, please restrain yourself from suggesting custom enchants as the debate is on going already, and multiple people have already suggested  Nice post man |

Yeah, I guess that's understandable. But I just though that it would be a good idea as it is used on most factions servers, especially the popular ones like cosmicpvp and others. But I get your point.

No to custom enchants and PVs. No factions warp or jail. Mob stacking would be good.

I think faction warps would be really useful for getting around bases. For example, setting an f warp at your iron collection and inside you IG. Factions Plus just adds to factions so it lets you change the access to the warps. So if you want, only leaders could go the warp or officer etc.

The first three are have been very heavily suggested but as a lot of people have said there's things that are debateable on why to not have them just as PleaseLoveMeh and BaguetteX said so i do not think those will be added anytime soon. Maybe mob starter will though. The last one actually doesnt sound like that bad of an idea +1 to the last one!

This plugin is most likely not going to be added any time soon, if at all.
Custom enchants:
Custom enchants is really controversial topic, I really feel that it is because custom enchants adds another dimension to factions - it has been made clear in previous threads that people have mixed opinions about it. Not to mention the painstaking bugs this plugin can cause.
However TNT said he is looking at adding "some" custom enchants.
Stacked Mobs:
The plugin does exist, it is called "Stacked Mobs".
In my experiences, I've found that it does reduce lag. How ever it does tend to deny a significant amount of profit etc from mob farms, I.e creeper, enderman, pigman, iron golem.
However I am sure you could make it so that these farmed mobs, don't stack.
Factions Plus:
Could definitely be a good addition, how ever I believe TNT is currently planning to just switch back to an older version of factions for the official release.
I will definitely talk to him about it.
