/Near?

I don't think /near should be a command for people to obtain, It really makes things annoying for people who are mining underground and its use is pretty "powerful" when raiding a base in the sense of you get to know all the other players inside the enemy base which can deduct you a lot of information about how to go into the situation, factions should be about /f map to find someone's base and keen eyesight to see how many people are inside at the time.

But if you were to add it I think all donor ranks should have it and give it a 10-min cooldown
