Hey all,
I am going to try and keep this short and simple.
Plugin Information:
It's called King of the hill, KOTH for short. It's basically where a player stays in a selected region for a set amount of time while other players are trying to knock him off this point. If they can hold the capture point for the set amount of time, you can choose to give them rewards. You can run commands upon a capture or give them a key or add items to their inventory.
My Thoughts:
So currently PvP around spawn is somewhat the same as any other Factions server, I have talked to a few people around the server and they agree.
- Implement a more "custom" terrain around the spawn/new spawn.
- Add King of the Hill(s)
I.E: There will be a KOTH every second hour, that lasts for 15 minutes at a random one of 5 different KOTH locations around spawn.
At the end of these 15 minutes, the faction that is KOTH at the time it ends is rewarded with what ever reward you guys see fit.
I realise that this would be a rather large addition and would take a while to prepare - but PvP I have found to be quite "dead" so to speak, and myself and faction members are waiting around for fights quite a lot.
