I witnessed this bug a few days ago.

Get hit into the border with a decent amount of knockback(may also have to either be jumping or falling it happened quickly)

Describe what happens with the bug:
You get teleported beneath the bedrock layer and you die in the void.

Supporting Documentation:I was at Jack's base while one of his faction members was building sand walls. I climbed up the water and after a few minutes started to fire my bow at the faction member. The faction member then teleported Jack in and Jack started attacking me. He jumped off the wall to the waterfall I was climbing up and hit me I get knocked back into the border and I was teleported below the nether.







Smaller bugs:



I mined a blaze spawner with the Legendary Pickaxe(has both fortune and silk touch) and I didnt get it(the pickaxe worked 2 times before this).
