Helper Application Format - Must Read If Applying

Greetings all,
The time has come for staff applications to open, thanks for your interest in becoming one of the TMFactions Staff Team!
As we all know not every application will be accepted however each application is looked over by the staff team and considered.
Make sure that your application is thorough and honest, good luck to everyone who wishes to apply!

Conditions:
Do NOT spam submit applications
Submit only one and wait for a reply.
Do NOT reapply until you have received notification.
You may reapply 1 week AFTER the date you received your rejection notification.
Do NOT badger staff to look at your application
The application process takes time
Do NOT submit an application that does not follow the following format.
Applications not following the format will be denied with out hesitation.
Do NOT copy -> paste from other application(s).
If we consider accepting your application, we will thoroughly check other faction forums for "similar" applications.
Things to note:
- We are unsure how many Helpers we will take on at this point and time.
- We are also unsure when the applications will close.
- If denied, A staff member will message you with the reason as to why you were denied.
- It is suggested that you take time to write your application. (Short applications are unlikely to be accepted)
- If accepted, you will be taken on as a Junior Helper, if you apply for apply for a role that isn't "Helper"
then you'll have an almost non existent chance of being accepted.

Junior Helper -> Senior Helper ---- Junior Moderator -> Moderator (JrMod+) -> Senior Moderator
