Do you use Skype, or Teamspeak frequently?:
Yes I am frequently on skype talking to members of my faction when i am able to. I have teamspeak installed and i use it almost everyday.
How long have you been playing on TMFactions?:
I have recently joined TMFactions last week, I have easily put more then 24 hours into the server because I'm enjoying my experience so far.
Do you currently hold a donator rank on the server?:
No i do not but i have donated to get some In game items .

Do you have previous "staffing" experience on a Minecraft Server and if so where?:
I do have some staffing experience, The server was hosted by me didn't really have a name it was mainly for a group of me and my IRL Friends. But we did have the odd person join every now and then.

Eastern Timezone
How much time can you spend on the server per week in hours?:
I am a very computer active kid because I finish most of my homework at lunch or during the school day, so I'm usually on from the time i get home from school 3:00pm Est to around 10:30pm Est. On the weekends i usually have lots of spare time especially in the winter as i do not play winter sports anymore. Mon-Friday I will be able to log at least 15 Hours of in game time. During the weekend I'm aloud to stay on as long as i want which means i will be able to play at least 12 hours a day. Adding both of these times up {During the week and the weekend} I will be able to get around 40+ Hours per week!
Why do you want to become Helper?:
I feel I am a very serious factions player and I can teach players all sorts of things and monitor the chat. I have played factions for at least 3 years. As assumed i have learned a fair share of tricks and tips I could spread with the community of TMFactions. I am also a person that doesn't like to see people of characters such as skin color or accents being picked at by other players and I would not put up with it. I have reviewed the rules multiple times and know almost all of them by the top of my head.
Why do you think you would be a good candidate for becoming a Helper?:
I am a very mature person for my age and I'm good socially so if someone needed help on team speak or skype i could help them through what ever they needed help with. I am also a person who likes server events such a treasure hunts and such , so i would be able to host some the odd time and bring the community together.
Do you have any additional information that you would like to tell us?: I have hosted my own servers in the past and I know how to work with some plugins and I have played on some big faction servers and I would be able to suggest some plugins or little things that could help the server succeed.I would also like to point out that I am a very good builder if you give me a topic.
