I had some ideas about some improvements / addons that could really help the server become better and more enjoyable.
First, add some minigames!
If the server really has 8 GB of ram it should be able to handle a few minigames like skywars and survival games. These minigames are very popular and players will sure love to play them. They can be also integrated in the economy system so people can earn some money by winning. If you need any help with that i would love to help. (I have worked with minigames many times)
Fix the lag and the poorly made regions:
For a 8 GB server lag should be almost none, but there is quit a lot of it unfortunately :/ I heard that there was a mob spawning issue and that its been fixed but there is something else that's creating lag too.
Lastly, Some of the pvp regions at spawn overlap each other and players can kill each other at spawn. That can be fixed easily by readjusting the regions and setting the right permissions to them.
