I disagree with you this, i really like the no scamming rule. Sometimes you can't use /trade command to do things such as buying faction land from someone or just maybe buying a faction from someone. The no scamming rule also allows newer players to play factions without fear of losing their hard earned cash or whatever their selling. Factions isn't all about scamming so the rule doesn't really remove that much from the gamemode.
