For Ban Reports in the future please follow these guidelines.
Please note:
- Screenshots or detailed descriptions will not be accepted as passable evidence. Thus video evidence is almost a necessity.
- All gaps in format must be completed or the report WILL be ignored.
- We take any and all reports very seriously, the author of troll/false accusation reports could face consequences.

Format:
Put your in game name here - make sure you spell it correctly.
What is your In Game Name:
Enter the name of the players you have evidence against
Name(s) of the accused:
Enter the reason for the report. What was the player doing that you believe was against the rules.
Reason for Reporting:
Enter the date of when the situation occurred.
Time and date:
Include evidence / proof against the player you are reporting.
Supporting Evidence / Proof:
If you are including a video please note the times in your video that the rule breaking is obvious.
